Education or Equivalent Experience:

Associate’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

A minimum of three plus years of relevant business, industry or system experience, which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities, is required.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (SKA) Required:

Extensive knowledge of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® System

Familiarity with a wide variety of industry and System concepts, practices, and procedures

Ability to make decisions or recommendations significantly changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs

General business knowledge which includes HR management, marketing, operations and IT
-
General knowledge of forecasting, budgets, and financial analysis

Ability to make decisions or recommendations significantly changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion

Ability to work under the stress of maintaining proper liaison between Franchisees and franchise staff, Home Office staff, and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customers, sometimes in adverse conditions

Ability and proficiency in the use of computers and company standard software, including “Movers Who Care®”

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals or government regulations

Ability to work independently

Ability to perform other assignments at locations outside the main office
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Travel is required.
