We are seeking someone to perform the following:
- Maintains and builds relationships with potential and existing customers, which includes opening and servicing accounts and problem resolution.
- Regularly performs thorough Business Account Reviews on the top 20-30% of Business Accounts.
- Creates branch budget, reviews growth, non-interest income and expenses, and makes appropriate adjustments to support Branch goals.
- Supervises the Relationship Manager and Customer Service Manager and reviews staff development and efficiency. Drives the Sales/Service Culture.
- Generates and closes Consumer Loan applications, and may assist in the Mortgage and Commercial Loan process.
- Participates in community events as a representative of Macatawa Bank.
- May be licensed to sell investment products.

The candidate must have:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 to 5 years Management experience in a banking or financial service environment.
