Provides mailroom support for collections of delinquent accounts of customers
Follows all GC Services/MARCS procedures, policies and actions as it pertains to processing mail
Must meet established standards for batching correspondence, letter folding, processing UD (undeliverable) mail, prep work for scanner
Works with other mailroom staff to fold daily, online and batch letters as produced by GC Services/MARCS
Sorts mail (UD, Junk mail) and check forms
Assists with a variety of inventories
Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is repeatedly required to speak and listen to coworkers and customers, read and interpret information on a computer monitor located between 1 and 2 feet away, handle and grasp a computer mouse, and type on a computer keyboard. The employee is also required to sit for extended periods of time between allotted breaks and may be required to move around the office. Occasionally, the employee may be required to lift up to 15 pounds.
