Department Summary
The Technology Strategy & Management (TSM) Project & Portfolio Operations team supports the TSM portfolio of
projects, providing leadership throughout the complete life cycle of a project; properly aligning resources (staff, managed
services, external vendors, outsourced partners, and contract staff) to project effort; coordinating financial management,
business analysis, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) across the portfolio; enforcing IT governance, risk
and compliance, and industry best practices; maintaining awareness for continual improvement; and meeting company
and department-level business strategies.
Job Description/Responsibilities
The Change Management Analyst will focus on the people and process-related changes necessary to achieve the desired
benefits from investments made in technology solutions. The Change Management Analyst will apply a structured
approach to Organizational Change Management and focus on increasing adoption of solutions and benefits realization.
The Change Management Analyst utilizes computer technologies to create and explore more innovative ways of
portraying a message to ensure end-user adoption and align with organizational change management practices; this
includes using design software that allows creation of images, etc. resulting in a polished end product.
The Change Management Analyst will provide consulting and support to portfolio and project teams to ensure that the
appropriate level of Organizational Change Management is planned, executed and measured for a wide range of
initiatives including strategic planning, project implementation and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and refine change management strategies that increase the value of technology investments
Partner with change management analysts within the department and company to ensure consistency in process and
communication
Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic communication plan, including specific collateral and creative communication
methods
Conduct and maintain stakeholder analysis artifacts for the Technology Strategy & Management Portfolio
Lead and consult on change readiness activities
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, project icons, and websites
Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making necessary
changes
Use widely-accepted change management methodologies to manage change
Reduce the risk of failed projects by managing resistance
Provide organizational change management consulting services to projects and the Technology Strategy & Management
Portfolio team members
Act as a change agent to implement and manage organizational change management best practices
Coordinate and manage organizational change management activities across other areas of the business when
necessary to achieve desired benefits
Measure the effectiveness of change management by regularly evaluating successes, opportunities and risks, as well as
incorporating feedback / lessons learned
Requirements/Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required; preferred field of study in Organizational Change Management, Behavioral Economics,
Communications, Organizational Psychology, IT-related area, Business or related
Experience with Organizational Change Management Methodologies like ADKAR
5+ years of experience applying a structured change management approach within the corporate setting
Experience using a variety of tools to create creative and visually interesting collateral to communicate and facilitate
change
Understanding of data analysis and reporting in the form of infographics
Knowledgeable in SharePoint
Technical experience in change management, organization design, team effectiveness and project management
Experience with methodologies and tools that span an entire project life cycle from idea conceptualization and project
planning through design and development to implementation and benefits realization.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels
of associates in the organization
Must be exceptional listeners because they have to understand what their clients' want, while understanding how to
attract their target audience
