Requires one of the following:

High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of IT experience

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field

Prior experience with help desk ticketing systems and service desk management tools

Understanding of PCs, peripherals, and Windows 7 operating systems

Ability to work independently all shifts and days of the week

Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members

Ability to maintain composure when faced with stressful situations

Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems
