Federal Mogul's Powertrain Division is looking for a Sales Manager that will be responsible for the overall business activities associated with the Sealing & Gasket business unit (customer and/or market). This will include participation in select business unit meetings, managing the current business situation as well as assisting in setting the future direction of the business. This person will become a valued member of our OE Sales Department where we strive to promote from within wherever possible, therefore, opportunities for advancement are strong.An ideal candidate for this position is a candidate who possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and proven professional experience in Sales working directly with OE accounts. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate strategically and a self-starter who is willing to take leadership in seeking new business opportunities are all necessary qualifications for this position.We are ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role.
