REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Engineering, Computer Science or related field required.
* Five (5) years of underwriting, systems development or large scale enterprise implementation including at least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.
* Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices required.
* Extensive analytical, decision making, organizational, creative problem solving, verbal and written skills are required.
* Working knowledge and familiarity with information technology systems and programming techniques
* High level of proficiency using existing software packages (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
* Ability to work independently, within a team environment and with multiple priorities.
* Ability to work closely with technical teams to understand and resolve system issues.
* Ability to develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures.
