Responsibilities:
- Identification and resolution of commercial warranty issues
- Locate service providers and arrange service for commercial stores
- Process service requests through the Service Channel system
- Complete all required data entry fields inside RTI and Service Channel systems for each specific service dispatch.
- Perform diagnostics and offer technical assistance for both commercial and healthcare customers.
- Reply to incoming email within 24 hour period
- Order necessary parts
- Achieve service sales forecast
- Assist in factory service training when required
- Follow process/procedures set forth in the employee handbook
Skills Required:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proven technical and diagnostic capabilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to master Service Channel and RTI software packages within ninety days of starting the position.
- Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up
