Department Summary
As a member of the real estate department this position involves research and analysis of existing company real estate
documents and land rights, interpretation of title rights and its established effect on land rights, as well as preparation of
real estate documents for the acquisition of real property rights.
Job Description/Responsibilities
This individual needs to be self-motivated and detailed in their abilities. This position requires organizational abilities in
keeping track of, prioritizing, and handling schedules that are required to meet project deadlines. It requires responsibility
for follow-ups on tasks, and the ability to be flexible, as this is a project driven position, and project priorities change
frequently.
Research, analysis and interpretation of existing real estate documents found within the company's document
management system.
Prepare real estate template forms in support of the acquisition land rights.
Review external research to ensure the accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward
deficiencies requiring curative action
LPM Data entry for purposes of documenting and housing acquired real estate rights.
Effectively communicate with internal customers as to the scope and dynamics of the existing land rights.
Requirements/Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or a combination of work and educational experience in this field.
3 or more years of experience in an applicable field.
The following experience / skills may set you apart from others:
Real Estate Law knowledge
Experience working with GIS systems and/or mapping systems.
Ability to read and map legal descriptions
Advanced knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions
Knowledge of entity signing requirements; ie. Corporations, LLC, Partnerships, Trusts, LP, Guardianships
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
This position will be filled at the level commensurate with candidate's knowledge, skills and education.
Essential Functions:
Provide technical, non-engineering support services with accuracy, on time and under budget. Use computer assisted
applications software and equipment to prepare technical support documents. Understand and follow company
established standard procedures for file structure and standard procedures for projects. Become familiar with business
and technical plans and related material for each project and be able to utilize the information appropriately. Assists in
client contact and communication. Utilize effective communication skills to answer inquiries from coworkers, clients, or the
public. Technical Specialist is required to be self-motivated and detailed in their abilities. This position requires

Hours and Travel:
This position requires the individual work 40 hours per week with 90% of time spent in the office or specific field locations.
