CAE Methods Engineer-Thermal / Fluid Dynamics - 25472BR
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a CAE Methods Engineer to provide leadership in advancing CAE capability and coverage to enable a more effective engineering process and design verification efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Lead/support the development of virtual verification methods that use CFD and thermal analysis technologies (aero/fluid dynamics, aeroacoustics, fluid-structure interaction, exhaust CFD, water leakage, thermal analysis, etc.)
* Develop new CAE methods/tools and refine existing methods/tools to produce continual efficiency improvement and to expand CAE application in new areas
* Lead/support CAE correlation efforts.
* Lead/support development of plan to transition physical vehicle level testing to CAE based verification.
