Summary of Position
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Essential Duties and Tasks
- Greet applicants and visitors promptly, observing all security requirements in verifying identity and determining entry to the site.
- Responsible for answering switchboard and directing calls accordingly.
- Follows GC Services and office procedures in completion of all pre-employment paperwork and assessments (application, PXT, etc.)
- Back-up Receptionist, as needed.
- Provides support to Human Resources Department.
Other duties may be assigned. Management reserves the right to change or modify the functions of this job as required to meet the needs of the organization.
Required Skills

- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint on Outlook)
- Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets.

- Screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Screens and tests applicants through the hiring process.
- Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration.
- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
- Maintains equal employment opportunity data logs.
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
- Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others.
- Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time.

- High School Diploma or GEDHours:
Part-time evenings Monday-Thursday, occasional Saturday mornings
