We are looking for a talented intern to fill an opportunity in the Corporate Benefits department. You will work on a variety of projects to support the design, implementation, communication, system support, and ongoing operation of benefit programs for the Company's employees, including:
Retirement Programs (Pension and 401(k))
Health and Welfare Benefits (Medical, RX drugs, Dental, Vision)
Health Savings Accounts
Disability
Life Insurance
Wellness ProgramsREQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: College coursework in Economics, Finance, Information Systems , Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent discipline.
EXPERIENCE: Interest in Employee Benefits, Human Resources and HR Information Systems.Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
SKILLS: Energetic self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve in a logical manner.Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong sense of customer service.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication.Technical aptitude; comfortable learning and using various electronic systems.Strong analytical skills; ability to collect, analyze and interpret data.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks / projects.Open to learning and willing to be coached and developed. Flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
