Seeking a Quality Manager with 5+ years of experience for our Muskegon operations. Position will entail:
-Overseeing 6 other Quality Engineers/Technicians in our quality department
-Making sure we are compliant with ISO Standards
-Developing new inspection techniques
-Assisting Quality Engineers in troubleshooting on the floor quality issues
-Dealing with customers and suppliers on quality issues
-Provide training sessions for those on the manufacturing floor on new quality specifications as necessary
Candidates must have a prior background working as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing setting. Those with a background in furniture operations will be highly considered.
