Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - All Shifts
*Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for Full-Time & $5,000 for Part-Time

Pay Range
$28 - $32.44 + Shift Differential + Hero Pay

- Full-Time: 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Full-Time: 11:00pm - 7:00am
- Part-Time: 7:00am - 11am or 7:00pm - 11pm

Essential Responsibilities as an LPN
As a valued member of our care team, you will:
- Deliver direct nursing care and implement individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications and manage pain safely, accurately, and on time
- Monitor resident conditions, including skin integrity and wound care
- Observe, assess, document, and report changes in resident status
- Carry out physician orders promptly and accurately
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and State/Federal regulations
- Provide calm, critical thinking during urgent or emergent situations
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead, assign, and support clinical staff while promoting teamwork and growth
- Assist with staffing coverage and unit support as needed
- Deliver thorough shift reports to ensure continuity of care
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding resident and family expectations
- Float between units as operational needs require

Education, Training, Experience
- High school graduate or successful completion of GED.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Successful completion of the National Association LPN Michigan State boards.
- Previous nursing experience preferred, especially with the elderly population.
- Meet on-going requirements to maintain current nursing license. Assumes responsibility for own continued personal and professional growth.
- Participates in learning and development opportunities.
- Attends all required in-service training and departmental meetings.
Required Licenses, Registration, and/or Certifications
- Possession of a current license from the Michigan Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on. You must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and assist residents throughout your shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Use mechanical lifts and clinical equipment safely
- Maintain visual acuity and physical stamina required for resident care
