Responsibilities:
* Manage the weekly “New Hire Welcome” Sessions (50-100 new employees currently on-boarded each week)
* Manage the onboarding associates team
* Advance lists for preparation for new hires as needed (i.e. Badging Services and IT)
* Lead for Onboarding Work stream deliverables
* Investigate new hire issues that are escalated by HRBO or Hiring Manager
* Regular interface with employee benefits, medical, HRBO and hiring managers.
* Ensure all transactions for new employees are completed accurately and timely
* Manage the I-9 process for new hires
* Support MCRP/AFR and ACR internal audits
* Manage process improvement efforts (inclusive, not limited to): Support the plan, design and delivery of the 2XOnboarding Module, Audit reports and data validations between 2XB and PeopleSoft
* Willing to work in a Manufacturing environment including shift work as required
