Kelly Services is excited to be recruiting for a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative for a print marketing company. Duties:
- Estimating and Proposal Writing – entering estimates into Printer’s plan for printed materials, building proposals with quote roller, and building presentations.
- Order Entry and Scheduling – entering orders into Printer’s Plan for all services, writing Purchase Orders for Vendors, and scheduling.
- Operation and Maintenance of Equipment and Workspace
- Daily Closeout – maintaining correct cash in drawer, balance daily payments with closeout sheets, reporting, and posting of daily sales to Printer’s Plan.
- General – it is everyone’s duty to help everyone around them, and make them the best employee that they can be. This includes helping with hand-work, assisting with writing up additional orders or estimates, or simply showing someone how to do something better. We are a team, and we help each other, and this can include performing any activity in our facility, when needed, in order to provide our customers with the best experience possible.
