This role is based in Tampa but offers full remote flexibility. Responsibilities include: * Handling core aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice * Drafting briefs and other substantive filings * Supporting case strategy and client communications * Assisting with trial preparation Qualifications: * Active Florida bar admission (or ability to waive in) * Experience with complex commercial or civil litigation * Strong writing and analytical skills * Ability to manage work independently in a remote setting The firm offers a collaborative, flexible environment with a focus on high-quality work and professional development.
