Pay Rate: $42.17/hour
Schedule: Hybrid - 4 Days In Office
We are seeking a highly organized Launch Communications Design Lead to support automotive New Model Programs (NMP) through executive-level presentations, launch readiness communications, and data visualization. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with advanced PowerPoint expertise, strong business communication skills, and experience translating complex launch data into impactful visual presentations.
The ideal candidate will support launch milestone reviews, executive meetings, and cross-functional teams by developing standardized templates, optimizing visual content, and improving communication processes.
Responsibilities
Build and format executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for launch reviews and leadership meetings
Create standardized templates, dashboards, charts, and visual communications
Translate technical and statistical data into clear business-focused presentations
Support live meeting updates, formatting changes, and presentation revisions
Lead working sessions to improve launch communication templates and processes
Utilize AI tools and business analytics to assist with data summarization and content optimization
Manage launch documentation, backup binders, and presentation materials
Collaborate with cross-functional automotive and manufacturing teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required
Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver error-free presentations
Experience with data visualization, analytics, and executive communications
Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred
Automotive, manufacturing, or product launch experience preferred
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
