GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Federal-Mogul is looking for an SAP Security Analyst to join their dynamic SAP security team. The role is both project based and business as usual support, as well as provides support to our Business, IS and Audit teams.
The SAP Security Analyst for Federal-Mogul is responsible for ensuring that we maintain the highest levels of service to our internal customers, as well as our adherence with various policies and ensuring support of our SAP security tools. This person will become a valued member of our dynamic SAP Security team, where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore opportunities for advancement are strong. An ideal candidate for this position will be a proven SAP Security Analyst, with experience in a fast-moving matrixed organization. Additionally, they will have motivation to evaluate and promote process improvements to enhance the team's overall productivity and efficiency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Troubleshooting and problem resolution in support of multiple production landscapes. Providing business as usual support. Using SUIM, SU53 and ST01 to provide consultative support to business and IS teams. Participate in SAP audit discussions, questions and help resolve the SOD/SOX issues. Work with internal/external audit, segregation of duties analysis and SOX compliance. Customize the SOD rule set for custom transactions, application and consulting business units in reducing the SOD violations. Identify authorization errors. Support SAP security tools such as Virsa Compliance Calibrator, Firefighter. Participate in the implementation of SAP GRC 10.x across the enterprise. Perform periodic security reviews, critical transaction reviews, and segregation of duty reviews to ensure access within the system is appropriate based upon job responsibilities. Monitor user and management activity, error, and other exception reports to ensure security is being maintained consistent with the Information Security Policies and Standards. Assist in identifying and remediating gaps in the security administration processes and its procedures. Enhancement of the overall process by identifying areas for significant improvement, optimization and automation. Provide SAP security project support for site deployments, implementations and related functional enhancements. REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field is required. 5 years SAP Security experience is required. 2 full life cycle SAP security implementations. 2 SAP version upgrades.2 years experience with GRC 10.x, preferably with installation and configuration experience. Sarbanes-Oxley experience along with an in-depth understanding of internal controls and process improvements as they relate to SAP security.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the standard SAP ECC Modules as well as BI, APO, SRM, HCM and SAP NetWeaver products. Experience with HANA and Fiori would be advantageous. Experience in setting up and configuring SAP GRC 10.X modules (CUP, RAR and EAM). Experience with SAP authorization concept, role design, user administration, SOX and SOD conflict resolution. Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables. Strong business sense and the ability to understand complex business issues. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills along with experience interfacing with the end users. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills and possessing the ability to drive tasks to completion. Broad understanding of the automotive/manufacturing industry.
