The Branch Manager is responsible for branch sales results and service standards. Supports budgeted net income goals set for the Bank through branch performance. Manages and supports a customer focused service environment. Provides guidance and coaching to staff.
We are seeking someone to perform the following:
Maintains and builds relationships with potential and existing customers, which includes opening and servicing accounts and problem resolution.
Regularly performs thorough Business Account Reviews on the top 20-30% of Business Accounts.
Creates branch budget, reviews growth, non-interest income and expenses, and makes appropriate adjustments to support Branch goals.
Supervises the Relationship Manager and Customer Service Manager and reviews staff development and efficiency. Drives the Sales/Service Culture.
Generates and closes Consumer Loan applications, and may assist in the Mortgage and Commercial Loan process.
Participates in community events as a representative of Macatawa Bank.
May be licensed to sell investment products.
