The Global Talent Development Manager acts as a consultant and process leader to Federal-Mogul talent across all lines of business to support performance through formal and custom programs, learning and development interventions and talent management processes. This position will coach and consult with the global TM team and global HR community leaders to support the use of best practices and common talent development programs, processes and systems across the organization. In addition, the incumbent will design programs and materials utilizing a variety of learning methods, manage projects, and provide group facilitation and training. Influences and provides consulting, thought leadership and coaching to internal customers at all levels of the organization to successfully market Talent Management initiatives, improve performance and drive change. Serves as the enterprise-wide learning leader - accountable for driving coordination and execution of global learning initiatives and the learning management system (Cornerstone On-Demand) owner for the organization. Conducts assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend interventions to drive individual and group capability and performance improvement. Designs and develops employee development interventions, programs and curriculum and/or partners with learning vendors to achieve defined objectives and meet customer expectations. Facilitates group activities including meetings, training programs, team building events and change management efforts utilizing effective facilitation methods and techniques. Facilitates processes, programs and initiatives including vendor management as necessary. REQUIREMENTS:
Required 5 years professional experience and 3 years directly related organizational development or Human Resource development experience. Bachelor's Degree in HRD, psychology, OD, business, behavioral sciences, or related field. Demonstrated ability to independently design, implement and facilitate learning and development programs. Able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%
Preferred 5 years directly related OD/HRD experience Direct management experience Competency modeling experience Masters Degree in HRD, psychology, OD, business, behavioral sciences, or related field CPLP, MBTI, DDI Facilitator, DDI Master Trainer, CCL or Lominger Voices 360 Certified and/or HPT Certifications Experience utilizing eLearning authoring tools to develop SCORM compliant courses Knowledge of Lean Thinking / TPS / Kaizen Learning Management System administration experience
