The Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Intern for Federal-Mogul is responsible for providing support to the group in order to advance our impact on the business. This person will become a valued member of our human resources team, where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore opportunities for hire and advancement are strong.
Specifically, this person will be trained to become a candidate sourcer, administer our applicant tracking system, and get involved with campus recruiting efforts.
An ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 internship in a fast-paced corporate setting, be a Junior or Senior at a university with an interest in corporate recruiting, and have a passion for learning.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, be able to meet deadlines with a proactive approach to projects, and have a strong background with Microsoft Office.
