Job Description:
Dematic has an immediate need for a Project Manager - CS Parts in our Grand Rapids headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all facets of the initial spare parts project activity between Customer Service Sales, Parts Order Entry, Project Management, Engineering, and Purchasing. Additionally this role will act as a liaison between Customer Service Sales and Parts Order Entry for special parts programs.
Role Specific Responsibilities
* Acquire projects forecast data & track project changes
* Report project forecast and delivery status changes
* Communicate with Project Management to initiate / confirm RSPL request
* Communicate with Engineering to confirm completion of RSPL Quality Check
* Receive final RSPL from Parts ISP and provide to CS Sales for review
* Manage Customer Service portion of commissioning spares process
* Monitor / track parts delivery status post order entry on all projects, programs, and initial spares
* Coordinate parts deliveries with Dematic site personnel
* Coordinate parts shipments with suppliers (direct-ship) and CS Warehouse 3PL
* Audit / coordinate receipt of spare parts at customer site as needed (high profile accounts) and communicate all post delivery issues with customer for resolution
