Part time 15 to 20 hours per week-Could lead to full time
Responsibilities include:
Provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, take messages and schedule appointments.
Bookkeeping responsibilities, manage Invoice and Purchase orders
Administrative duties including organizing filing, scanning, faxing, emails etc
Computer knowledge for working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
Knowledge of Food & Personal Care Industry Helpful
Adequate knowledge social media, face book, twitter, emails
Helping out in other areas as needed
