The Associate Attorney will join their Creditors' Rights practice. Although the position will adhere to a fully remote model, frequent travel for court appearances in the state of Maryland can be expected. Qualifications: * Must be licensed to practice in MD (active/ in good standing). VA and NC bar licenses are a plus. * Experience with real estate, title, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection matters preferred. * Motions practice and/or trial experience a plus.
