About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and communication support to our Executive and Senior Management Teams. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, clear communication, and professional representation of Community Choice Credit Union’s leadership.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Provide administrative support including document creation, mailing, scanning, and record management.

Attend meetings to take notes and prepare/distribute accurate minutes.

Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Research, design, and assist with senior leader presentations including visual materials.

Organize records such as vendor contracts, audit documentation, and compliance files.

Support Board of Director communications, meeting preparation, and backup minute-taking.

Maintain and update pages within the internal intranet.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve administrative processes.

Participate in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
