About the Role
As the Member Center Manager, you’ll be the face of our Credit Union in the community—leading operations, inspiring your team, and championing our mission. You’ll oversee all aspects of member center performance, from sales and service to compliance and financial success. This is a fully onsite leadership role where your ability to coach, strategize, and execute will shape the future of your center and its members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team to exceed sales goals and service standards.
- Drive membership growth, loan volume, and product penetration through community engagement and business development.
- Ensure operational excellence in account openings, loan processing, and member maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with NCUA regulations and internal policies.
- Manage budgets, business plans, and performance reports to align with strategic goals.
- Recruit and onboard top talent to build a high-energy, sales-driven team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred).
- 2–5 years of successful leadership experience, ideally in a sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals.
- Deep knowledge of financial products, services, and branch operations.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and lead with purpose.
- FinCep Certification (or willingness to complete within deadline).
- Formal management or leadership training is a plus.
