Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor.
This role is ideal for a therapist who values flexibility, holistic care, and innovation in mental health. The LMFT will maintain a caseload of 25–30+ clients weekly, focusing on individual and family systems work in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform

Conduct intake assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and document clinical progress in our EHR system

Integrate holistic and mindfulness-based techniques as appropriate

Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards

Collaborate with Quantum’s interdisciplinary team for client-centered care

Participate in virtual meetings or consultations when needed
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field (required)

Active LMFT license in the State of Michigan (required)

Experience supporting individuals, couples, or families navigating life transitions, trauma, and mental health challenges

Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills
