We are looking for a hands-on Production Team Lead to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help oversee daily production and warehouse operations, support your team, make sure work is done safely, correctly, and on time. You’ll work closely with management to keep things running smoothly and help improve processes when possible.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and support production and warehouse team members.
· Make sure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
· Train and coach new employees.
· Assign daily tasks and help manage attendance.
· Work with management to solve production or material flow issues.
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and running efficiently.
· Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· Experience leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Able to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Reliable, motivated, and goal-driven.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Willing to work overtime when needed.
