Sales Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and reporting of KPIs and metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and goal achievement.
- Generating insights through analytics and delivering actionable data to stakeholders using applications like Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Executing the periodic territory alignment process to ensure optimal sales coverage.
- Managing the sales quota and growth setting process to align with strategic objectives.
- Analyzing external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
- Providing cross-functional business support through ad hoc analysis and guidance, including customer solutions, Model N, and distributor tracing.
- Collaborating proactively with the sales team, sales enablement, and sales leadership to drive performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business or data analysis within a sales support or analytics environment
- Previous experience working with healthcare, medical devices, or medical equipment sectors preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and Model N platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical device manufacturing
- Familiarity with additional analytics tools or CRM platforms
- Experience supporting sales enablement or territory management
- Strong data analysis and business analysis capabilities
- Ability to generate and interpret KPIs, metrics, and sales analytics
- Excellent communication skills to partner with sales teams and leadership
- Experience with external data sources and customer solutions
