Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual – English/Arabic)
Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with product and service sales, pricing inquiries, and order and shipping details. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication skills, and knowledge of automotive parts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell new and existing products to drive revenue growth.
· Contact current customers to assess inventory needs and generate sales.
· Provide product, parts, pricing, and service information in English and Arabic.
· Support customers with technical questions, order processing, and shipping details.
· Manage order entry, verify accuracy, and track shipments.
· Upsell products and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
· Communicate pricing, delivery schedules, and potential delays to customers.
· Recommend part substitutions or alternatives as needed.
· Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Bilingual: fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
· 1–2 years of call center, inside sales, or customer service experience.
· Automotive industry or automotive parts knowledge preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Effective communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment (multi-line phone, 10-key calculator, copier, fax).
· Cash handling experience a plus.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include an assortment of days, evenings and/or weekends (as needed) to provide quality service to our clients and ability to successfully grow the business.
