What you'll Do:
Assist in helping keep the Alpena ECC programs organized and up to date with duties such as filing, copying, data entry, and other programmatic duties as assigned.
Job Specific Duties:
- Assist Area Manager with clerical duties;
- Copying and filing client information and materials for Family Services Coordinators program files as assigned;
- Process Intakes and set appointments for Family Services Coordinators;
- Maintain office machines and the general organization of the office area;
- Prepare outgoing and distribute incoming mail;
- Assist with food reviews, as assigned;
- General copying and filing duties;
- Receptionist duties – answer phone and take messages for staff;
- Communicate with phone and walk-in inquiries;
- Place service calls for maintenance of building, as necessary.
- Perform the duties of a classroom aide and/or bus aide, as assigned.
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- 6 months to 1 year experience working in a general office setting utilizing Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Access is required.
