Position Requirements
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (shift and times) to accommodate varying client needs.

Responsibilities: The Floor Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of floor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Stripping and Refinishing Vinyl Floors: Expertise in stripping and refinishing vinyl floors using appropriate chemicals and equipment.
- Carpet Cleaning: Thoroughly clean carpets using various methods, including hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and spot cleaning.
- Floor Buffing: Buff and polish various floor surfaces, including hardwood, marble, and tile, to maintain a high-quality shine.
- Tile & Grout Cleaning: Deep clean tile and grout using specialized equipment and techniques to remove stains and restore their original appearance.
- Window Cleaning: Clean windows and glass surfaces both inside and outside of commercial buildings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Knowledge of various floor cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
- Ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
