Summary:
The Desktop Administrator is responsible for managing the PC infrastructure for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/ INTERNATIONAL, Inc.
Duties/Essential Job Functions:
Deployment of new desktops and laptops using imaging tools
Maintenance and support of:
Desktops, laptops, and peripherals
MS Office and Adobe desktop software
VDI environment
Desktop infrastructure security including patch and anti-virus management
Active directory management including new user and new group setup
Hosted VoIP user administration and support in coordination with the Unified Communications Administrator
Support corporate LAN environment in coordination with the Systems Administrators
Supports the development and implementation of desktop and LAN policies and procedures
Supports asset management activities for desktop, peripheral, and network hardware and software
Monitors reliability of desktop infrastructure and operating systems and proactively diagnoses and repairs problems
Education or Equivalent Experience
Associates Degree in technology related field is required. Bachelor’s Degree and MCSE certification is preferred.
Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with Windows 7 and 8 operating systems is preferred.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds is required. Travel may be required.
