Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Support individual with experience in SAP to provide comprehensive administrative assistance across various functions. This position demands proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience working within SAP systems. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to the seamless operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative duties including data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.

SAP Data Entry & Management: Utilize SAP to input, manage, and track inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, and other operational data.

Reporting: Generate and maintain reports, data analysis, and performance tracking through SAP and Excel.

Customer and Supplier Interaction: Liaise with customers and suppliers as needed for order status updates, inquiries, or documentation.

Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars for team members or leadership.

Process Improvement: Provide suggestions for enhancing existing administrative processes and improving efficiency within the team.
