The LISD Information Technology (IT) Team will be a valued resource to LISD and constituent district stakeholders. LISD IT team members will provide high-quality, responsive, and friendly service. The Director of IT will create, lead, and support a customer-friendly, responsive, and highly-skilled technology environment of day-to-day support of various computer technologies, including, but not limited to, software, workstations, labs, peripherals, and mobile devices of the students and staff.
The Director of IT will operate in an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment. The
Director will establish and maintain a positive, professional, and productive working relationship with all staff, students, and community, building and maintaining a positive reputation for the IT team and its services.
The Director of IT will be capable of working with LISD and constituent local district leadership and Boards of Education to provide high-level IT programs and services in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
