DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUMMARY:
The resource will be responsible for building out and establishing the Architecture Enablement service which will partner with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Solution Architecture (SA) teams to enable the application of EA perspectives throughout enterprise processes through mechanisms that foster accountability, risk management and compliance. Together with EA and SA teams this role will focus on:
* Definition
Development and maintenance of enterprise target state architectures
Development and maintenance of governance assets (policies, standards, procedures, patterns , guidelines, cookbooks, recipes)
Development and maintenance of foundational EA assets such as frameworks and reference models
* Adoption & Governance
* Proactively builds re-usable target state components
* Training, awareness and promotion of adoption of target state and associated assets across key stakeholder groups
* Monitoring of enterprise processes to manage alignment with target state
* Risk management of architecture deviations

CORPORATE REQUIREMENTS:

* Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and then implement.
* Manage designated processes and is accountable for ensuring that established processes are followed. Support the user community in system and process matters/issues.

* Generate appropriate communication, process and educational plans for mitigating the disruption of change.

* Provide advice to the vendor relationship decision-making and contract development processes.
* Anticipate and analyze trends in technology while assessing the emerging technologies impacts.
