Full time position in our Oscoda Michigan location
A successful candidate will be able to:
- Develop, evaluate, and deliver training for new hires and other employees based on company & client requirements.
- Approach others in a tactful manner, react well under pressure, treat others with respect and consideration, regardless of their status or position.
- Enhance and improve training initiatives and maintain project updates to ensure all available information is accurate and up-to-date
- Train in the classroom and in a virtual environment.
- Ensure all agents completing training are well versed in the projects for which they were trained
- Provides assistance to Quality Assurance Representatives on an as needed basis.
- Support call center when idle or call volume has increased.
