Roles and Responsibilities
- Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors.
- Ability to perform light maintenance duties.
- Adhere to Recipient Rights and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Adhere to all CSI policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all work rules and ethical standards.
- Ability to keep Program Director informed to any concerns and/or emergencies that may affect the organization.
- Ability to present a professional manner to the public, clients and all other agencies as necessary.
- Responsible for providing great customer service to anyone they come in contact with at the office.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Working telephone
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Pass all regulatory checks
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical: Standing, support weight other than own, walking, stooping, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, use of telephone, good hearing, general good hearing, general good vision, close work, speaking, physical intervention with clients, ability to travel, ability to transport clients.
Mental: Reading, writing, simple arithmetic, analyzes date/report information, works under pressure, rapid decision making, creates methodologies for solving client goals, implements recommendations, pleasant, congenial, calm and courteous, firm, maintains confidentiality, directs activities of other to accomplish a goal, evaluates performance of others.
Environmental: Community settings and client homes, travel to client settings, exposure to general public and aggressive clientele, exposure to clientele with poor health conditions, poor hygiene, ability to work evenings and weekends, as necessary.
