Job Description/Responsibilities
The Senior Business Support Consultant II performs more complex analytical or administrative tasks requiring the
application of advanced knowledge, skills and creative insights in order to complete assignments.
The tasks involve application of established standards and procedures, and may involve researching, recommending and
implementing changes to business procedures or developing new procedures.
The Senior Business Support Consultant II may lead projects or portions of projects or be designated as the business
representative on corporate initiatives.
The Appliance Service Plan (ASP) Financial/Budget Analyst position requires a Bachelor degree in the applicable
professional field and 5 or more years of related experience in the applicable field.
Responsibilities include working with the Managers of ASP (including but not limited to Marketing & Sales, Field
Operations, Financial Planning), Management of DOET/CO&Q and various departments throughout the Company to
assist with financial planning, analysis, and reporting for ASP. Primary responsibilities will be in Budgeting/Forecasting
work, new business analysis, with key support for the Budget/Outlook and Five Year Financial Planning processes of the
company.
Requirements/Qualifications
This position will be filled as a Business Support Advisor II (SG 12) - Sr. Business Support Consultant II (SG16),
commensurate with the successful candidate's education and experience.
The candidate must have exceptional customer/client orientation skills, be comfortable managing multiple tasks, and
willing to enhance skills with ongoing education and/or training.
Minimum one year working experience.
Strong consideration will be given for candidates with expertise with SAP Finance and Accounting.
The candidate must feel good about making problems visible, and have a philosophy and practice of being transparent
with data analysis and problems; be detail oriented; practice building quality checks in work deliverables; and be able to

Essential Functions:
Business Support Advisors and Consultants support the planning, business analysis, general management, budget
preparations and analysis, negotiations, transactions, customer services and auditing of a wide variety of business
functions and processes of specific operating and support areas throughout the Company. Duties and who this individual
reports to will fluctuate between projects, departments and offices. Lead and/or assist with business analysis and support
for the plans, reports, impacts, contracts, schedules, estimates, data collection, observations, and field investigations.
Provide business analysis and support services with accuracy, on time and under budget. Use computer assisted
applications software and equipment to prepare business analysis support documents. Understand and follow Company
established standard procedures for file structure and standard procedures for projects. Become familiar with business
and department and Company plans and related material for each project and be able to utilize the information
appropriately. Assists in client contact and communication. Utilize effective communication skills to answer inquiries from
coworkers, clients, or the public. Public involvement may include producing reports, graphics, presentations, and other
visual material as well as occasional speaking or meeting with stakeholders. Attend internal and external meetings.
Provide business analysis and support services in a legal and ethical manner.
Hours and Travel:
This position requires the individual work 40 hours per week with 90% of time spent in the office or specific field locations.
This position may require the ability to travel between field locations. This position may include nights and
weekend/holiday timeframes.
