Roles/Responsibilities:
¿ Manage purchase requisition process for display materials.
o Work with onsite project managers to create ordering spreadsheets for display parts shipping to multiple locations.
o Verify final pricing, check final display build instructions. Setup customer part #¿s. Setup pricing contracts. Issue requisition requests. Monitor and check EDI PO¿s. Manage revisions as dictated by the launch requirements.
o Includes working with both customer PO requisition team and Customer Service team.
o Specific Tools: access to customer requisition and contract portal and design tool.
¿ Manage VMI orders (Vendor Managed Inventory)
o Includes reviewing VMI inventory levels & forecast needs; issue PO requisitions, PO monitoring
o Includes working with customer¿s display management team and Customer Service team.
o Specific Tools: access to customer portal, VMI master excel sheets
¿ Project Management Support:
o Create 3D renders of floor displays/half mods/mods
o Create 3D renders of specific product layouts
o Add package graphic art to 3D rendered products
o Specific Tools: Google SketchUp, Paint, Access to customer packaging portal
¿ Deployment Support
o Support onsite project managers deployment tasks (populate customer new item specs, create/request build instructions, create display layouts, etc.)
o Includes working with Customer Marketing Coordinators
o Specific Tools: Access to customer New Item Specs; Paint, SketchUp, or other graphic art tool
