St. Johns Company seeks a Bilingual English/Spanish individual to work as a CSR (Customer Service Representative). Language ability must be written and spoken. Quest Software Inc. provides claim information to insurance industries nationwide. We do so by taking inbound calls to process insurance claims. Quest operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our customer service representatives enjoy a flexible schedule of four ten hour shifts per week. We are currently hiring full time, with benefits and also part time representatives. We offer a professional work environment. Customer service representatives with Quest do not handle any telemarketing calls. Quests Ideal Customer Service Candidates - must demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - have good customer service skills (retail, waiter/waitress, etc.). - have good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. - have good computer skills including the use of MS Office and Internet. - have a good work attendance record. - are friendly, patient, empathetic, and have good listening skills. - follow detailed procedures. - have accurate typing skills. - are team players. College coursework, call center experience, experience working in the insurance industry, and/or mapping skills are a plus, but not a requirement. Premiums are paid to (bilingual) fluent Spanish/English speaking candidates and to those working night shifts.
