ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze and bin wiring harness repair claims from the GM GART data provided 2. Work with the DHAM assembly plant and Engineering to identify root cause and corrective actions for warranty issues of all types 3. Specifically for caused quality-related warranty issues - work with harness plants to provide information and then to communicate back the corrective action 4. Specifically for caused engineering-related warranty issues – work with engineering to provide information and then to communicate back to customer the corrective action 5. Attend Team of Three meeting where step 2 above is discussed/analyzed 6. Provide input to Engineering to avoid future warranty 7. Must understand the Gate Chart method used of communicating warranty issues 8. Must understand FrontPage – the warranty scorecard for the warranty group 9. Note that this position will be based at Hamtramck Assy Plant, Detroit, with visits to the GM Tech Center. 10. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
