REQUIRED SKILLS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Three (3) years’ experience in a relevant business or systems area.
3. Experience in problem resolution, business requirements analysis or database configuration preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Comprehensive knowledge of BCN business processes, including but not limited to products, provider data, provider networks, and claims processing.
Advance capabilities with MS Excel.
Working knowledge of MS Access or SQL.
Analytical and systems/relational analysis skills.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Detailed knowledge of Facets preferred.
