DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Duties
The Central Information Group within the Marketing Department at Ford Motor Credit Company is looking for a motivated individual with technical background, to work directly with business personnel to support global initiatives.
This position includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
* Lead/support assigned projects by completing necessary research/gap analysis, creating business requirements/test scripts, unit/UAT testing and successful launch per project plan.
* Lead/support Competitive Analysis Reporting initiative by providing competitive data analysis that is timely and accurate
* Assist with the development and deliver financial solutions that increase sales of new, used and commercial vehicles globally
* Responsible for coordinating with the various global organizations to determine and provide the required operational level support and analysis.
* Support data governance initiative by utilizing the Global Data Dictionary (GDD) with metric definitions and data sources for all report metrics
* Lead or provide analysis support by identifying trends or potential problems; communicate findings to management in an effective and timely manner
* Work collaboratively and build solid relationships with CIG teams located in Dearborn, Europe, FCGBC (Chennai), FCNA Business Centers and the FCE, FCLA, FCAP and IT organizations
* Complete ad hoc and miscellaneous requests from management
* Develop and support WebFOCUS reporting needs for CIG across various business but not limited to:
* Global Originations and Sales
* Global Dealer Credit/Wholesale
* Global Collections/Customer Service
* Design/develop/support global CIG SharePoint sites
