SUMMARY:
Supervise staff, organize and monitor work flow in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Supervise staff. Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor and appraise job results. Coach and discipline employees.
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies and procedures.
Schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems and report results.
Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements. Recommend and implement approved changes.
Compile, initiate, sort, and analyze operations performance records and data.
Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working condition and coordinate repairs with maintenance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years related work experience
1 years supervisory experience
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office products
Ability to operate machinery such as hydraulic crane, loader, back-hoe, dozer, hi-lo, sky-track, asphalt roller and spreader, and construction truck
Ability to read construction prints
Knowledge in surveying, under-ground utilities, and concrete construction
Good oral and written communication skills
Proven safety consciousness
Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to prioritize and multi-task
Assertive, professional attitude
