SUMMARY:
Supervise staff, organize and monitor work flow in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Supervise staff. Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor and appraise job results. Coach and discipline employees.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies and procedures.
- Schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems and report results.
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements. Recommend and implement approved changes.
- Compile, initiate, sort, and analyze operations performance records and data.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working condition and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
- Ability to meet physical demands and perform the essential job functions within the work environment identified in this job description.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years related work experience
- 1 years supervisory experience
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: - Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Ability to operate machinery such as hydraulic crane, loader, back-hoe, dozer, hi-lo, sky-track, asphalt roller and spreader, and construction truck
- Ability to read construction prints
- Knowledge in surveying, under-ground utilities, and concrete construction
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proven safety consciousness
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Assertive, professional attitude
