Minimum Requirements:
* BS degree in an engineering discipline
* 0-3 years experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to balance objectives and resolve conflicts
* Strong analytical skills
* Good cross functional communication skills
* Ability to work on self-directed teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors or higher in Mechanical Engineering
* 3.0 GPA or higher.
* Component Design and Release experience.
* Basic knowledge of Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
* Familiarity with Ford systems.
