REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* High school diploma required. College course work or degree desired.
* Solid communication skills (oral and written); communicate effectively with support peers, end users, and all levels of corporate management.
* High level of customer service, keen on providing communication throughout the issue identification and resolution process.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
* Preferred exposure to: MS SQL Server 2014/2012/2008R2, Windows Server 2012R2/ 2012/2008, Remote Desktop Services, MS CRM,
* Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with MS Office/MS Office 365 and standard hardware.
* Rapidly learn new technologies and recommend / implement those determined to be beneficial to the company.
* Basic project management skills; time management skills; multi-task and prioritize work loads; demonstrated analytical capabilities; effectively identify and resolve problems in high visibility, high stress situations.
* Strong interpersonal skills; work effectively in dynamic environment with a broad range of end-user configurations; participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
* Provide IT support to Con-way Multimodal
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and to work on a computer terminal and at a desk for long periods. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, including typing, writing, filing, etc.; reach with hands and arms; and readily and effectively communicate. Vision abilities required by this job include the ability to effectively see within an office environment, which may include long term computer exposure, and to adjust focus accordingly.
The duties of the job are primarily performed in an office environment. There is some exposure to noise in the work environment, which is usually mild to moderate
