Answer the switchboard phones within two rings in a polite and professional manner. Follow all office policies and procedures in handling and transferring calls appropriately. Greet applicants and visitors promptly, observing all security requirements in verifying identity and determining entry to site. Follows GC Services' and office procedures in completion of all pre-employment paperwork and assessments. Prepare, send, receive, and sort mail for in office delivery. Provides support to Human Resources Department by completing daily tasks such as: Filing, copying, typing memos and other duties assigned.
